BREXIT Disruption for non stock products only
Due to Brexit, there have been significant changes that we, along with our delivery partner have had to make to allow us to get your orders to you.
We have encountered some unforeseen issues with the additional customs data requirements which has placed extra pressure on our turnaround and delivery times meaning that any orders placed for non stock products from Monday 4th January 2021 may be subject to a slight delay
We are very sorry if your order has been affected due to this situation and we’re working hard with our carrier to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
For any new orders placed for non stock products , please be aware that due to this situation your goods may take a little longer to reach you. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Where we deliver
Our delivery service is to ground floor only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery information provided is correct, that someone is available to accept the goods on delivery and that there are no physical restrictions that would prevent access by the delivery vehicle. If we cannot deliver due to incorrect information being supplied by the customer or if no-one if available to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to the depot. If this occurs then the customer will be charged for re-delivery. Please Contact us for details.
Delivery is free for all orders over €300 (excl. VAT) placed online from this website.
Orders with a value of less than €300 (excl. VAT) are subject to a €25 (excl. VAT) small order charge.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our delivery times vary from product to product. Please Contact us for an accurate lead time. We strive to keep you updated should there be any delays to your delivery but we do not guarantee delivery on the day specified. We reserve the right to part deliver your order.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday, bank holidays or national holidays. Items ordered together may be delivered separately. Delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified during the checkout process.
Your order will be delivered to the point on your premises which provides optimal access for our carrier. Please notify us of any obstacles on your premises (including, but not limited to: narrow driveways, rough terrain and unauthorized access zones) which may preclude us from delivering the goods and/or providing the services. If such circumstances apply, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee prior to delivery of the goods and/or commencement of the services.
Many of our products are delivered flat packed in order to keep our costs as low as possible for you our customer. We can arrange for the product to be assembled and installed for you (subject to a charge). Please Contact us for details.
Orders damaged or lost in transit
Whilst we strive to keep delivery damages and losses to a minimum there are occasions where products can be delivered damaged. Please help us by checking your goods on delivery and noting any visible damage or shortage on the delivery note and then Contact us to let us know. If this is not possible to do immediately then please let us know of any damage or shortage within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. In order to facilitate damage claims, we may ask you for a photograph of the damage that has occurred.
